Aptitude Test - measures innate based learning
Achievement Test - measures school based learned abilities

Accounting Quality Scale (AQUAS) - assesses traits essential for an accountant and measure accounting disposition

ACHIEVEMENT TEST - that measures school-based learned abilities that reflect skills in Basic Accounting, Financial Management and Ethics, Principles of Economics, Business Statistics, Communication, and Computer Application ACCOUNTING QUALITY SCALE (AQUAS) - that assesses traits essential for an accountant and reflect accounting dispositions such as planning and human relations, to ensure success in the profession.
