Refers to a high activity and enthusiasm level. High scorers on this factor are able to maintain high physical stamina without getting easily exhausted. Measures dynamism and physical endurance levels. - Order/Scheduling
Persons who score high on this factor tend to keep their things and surroundings neat and orderly. They plan details of a task and get things done through proper scheduling. It measures neatness, orderliness and punctuality skills. - Deference/Team Membership
Reflects the individual’s openness to suggestions and authority of others. - Interpersonal Relations
Indicates how one gets along well with people, views them positively, acts in ways that indicate a consideration for the feelings and needs of others, and affirming others. - Emotional Stability
Refers to the ability to cope with problems positively and maintain calm and composure under stress. Persons who score high on this factor tend to have positive attitudes/ thoughts about life and positive feelings about themselves. They are not easily hurt or carried away by emotions. - Perseverance
Reflects the following characteristics- keeping on a task until its completion.
