College Readiness Test (CRT)

A comprehensive test to assess the readiness of Grade 12 students to enter an academic degree program and manage academic requirements in college life, in view of the labor market expectations for the 21st century. It has three components:

• Achievement Test - measures school based learned abilities in the following areas:
  • Communications and Media and IT Literacy
  • Mathematics
  • Sciences
  
  
• Aptitude Test - assesses innate based learning of students in the following areas:
  • Verbal Reasoning
  • Abstract Reasoning
  • Quantitative Analysis
  • Logic
  • Knowledge Management


• Attitudinal Survey - examines the predisposition of students to complete collegiate schooling and prepare oneself to the demands of entry level work
  • Learning Styles
  • Coping Mechanism
  • Management and leadership Abilities
  • Commitment
